Palace Court Afternoon
Drinking this tea, you can imagine yourself in the Royal Palace rose garden on a summer's afternoon. Palace Court Afternoon is a light and refreshing tea with a long-lasting floral aroma and flavour. This black tea is the ideal beverage for your afternoon tea ceremony.
Welsh Afternoon
This is a refreshing and delicate tea, ideal for enjoying in the afternoon. This smooth tea has subtle fruity notes with a light malty finish. This black tea has a dark-coloured liquor and can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Scottish Afternoon
Transport yourself to the refreshing Scottish Highlands with this incredible tea, ideal for enjoying in the afternoons. This tea has a smooth yet full-bodied mouth-feel with subtle smoky notes and a pleasant refreshing finish. This black tea has a rich and dark-coloured liquor and can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Nilgiri
Drinking this tea gives you a sense of relaxation with its light and delicate flavours. This well-balanced tea has a long-lasting gentle nutty note. Nilgiri is a pure traditional medium-bodied black tea.
Darjeeling Mid Season
The Darjeeling region is famously known as 'The Champagne of the Tea World'. This tea is light and delicate with subtle muscatel notes. A mid-season black tea which is ideal to enjoyed anytime of the day.
Russian Caravan
A complex blend of three different teas gives you a medium-strong drink with distinct flavours from each. The muscatel and malty flavour with hints of roasted chestnuts are created by a mixture of Darjeeling black tea, Chinese black tea and Formosa Oolong.
Use 2.5g-3g of tea per 250-300ml filtered water.
Black Small Leaf: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Black Large Leaf: 95°-98° for 4-5 minutes.
Green Chinese: 60°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
Green Japanese: 60°-80° for 1 minute.
Yellow: 75°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
White: 75°-90° for 3-6 minutes.
Dark Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Balled (Jade) Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Sheng (Raw) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Shu (Ripened) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Herbal Infusion: 95°-98° for 3-5 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odours.
