OUR CURRENT OPERATING HOURS OF BUSINESS ON OUR WEBSITE:

Our website is open 24/7.

We aim to fulfil online orders and ship the same day to next day.

Any delays thereafter will be due to the postal system. 

As tea and coffee orders are blended, prepared and packed on demand, we cannot always guarantee stock when large orders come in. Therefore, if an item is not in stock by the time we get to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further options: either receiving your order at a later date or picking an alternative. We will of course assist with any recommendations to suit your palate. 

    FOR ASSISTANCE VIA PHONE:

    Due to our temporary location, we have no access to a business landline. We may sometimes call out from a domestic landline to assist with any issues/ queries, but this is unable to be used to receive calls. Once we are at a more permanent location in the Spring, we will set up a new business landline.

    If the phone is not answered, it may be due to dealing with another customer or with the use of the coffee grinder, not hearing the phone ring. 

    If that is the case, please leave a message with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible or please call back later.

    We aim to reply to chat messages as soon as possible, either via the chat reply or a call back if a verbal conversation would be more efficient in resolving any enquiries. 

    FOR ASSISTANCE VIA EMAIL:

    We aim to reply to emails as soon as possible, either via email or a call back if a verbal conversation would be more efficient in resolving any enquiries. 

    FOR ASSISTANCE VIA VIDEO CALL:

    We are working on a system to book time slots in order to have a 1-1 conversation about your tea & coffee needs. 

    This video call can be used to ask us anything with regards to our products. 

    It would be ideal to use:

    • If you are new to the world of speciality tea and coffee and want some beginners knowledge.
    • If you wish to discuss any in depth topics or brewing techniques.
    • If you wish to discuss your barista skills and need any tips and tricks.
    • If you just fancy a chat over a brew.

    This service will be for a very limited amount of time during a typical week so booking a slot would be required to use it. 

    Once the system is in place, it will be featured on the home page and this section will be updated with a link.

    Our operating hours in each area above are subject to change at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances from time to time. Although rare, it may be unavoidable at times.

    If this does occur, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and we will get back to any voicemail or email as soon as possible.
