Jin Xuan, meaning 'Golden Daylily', is a developed cultivar of Taiwanese Oolong. The tea is also known as #12 and more often Milk Oolong (Nai Xiang.)

This tea cultivar is grown at higher altitudes and develops its light, fruity and flowery flavour, often being referred to as milky or creamy.

The tight-rolled, balled oolong is made when only three leaves have fully opened unlike traditional balled oolongs that consist of 4 leaves and a bud.
