Lapsang Tiger
A strong and smooth tea with a long-lasting smoky flavour. It can be enjoyed alone or adding to another tea for a subtle hint of smokiness. This Chinese large leaf black tea gets its flavour because the leaves wood-smoked during the drying process.
Keemum Peony
The ideal tea to drink while you are relaxing. This soothing tea is very light with delicate floral notes with a subtle natural smokiness. This pure tea is a lighter alternative to an English breakfast.
Rose Congou
You can imagine walking through a fragrant rose garden at the end of summer . This delicate black tea is blended with rose petals for a long-lasting rose aroma and flavour.
Yunnan Province TGFOP1
This tea is light and refreshing. A smooth tea with a slightly malty and creamy flavour, this black tea has a very light liquor and delicate aroma, ideal to drink when relaxing or reading a book.
Pu-erh King Yunnan Province
This dark tea has an incredibly rich and full-bodied flavour with very distinct earthy and woody notes. This superior Pu-erh is a full leaf tea from Yunnan province. Dark teas are stored for a long period of time, traditionally in caves and allowed to or encouraged to ferment which enhances the flavours and sweetness with age.
Tuo-Cha Pu-erh Cake
Watch the tea-cakes infuse and unleash a rich earthy fragrance. A traditional tea cake, small in size and big in flavour has complex earthy notes with an incredibly dark-coloured liquor.
Use 2.5g-3g of tea per 250-300ml filtered water.
Black Small Leaf: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Black Large Leaf: 95°-98° for 4-5 minutes.
Green Chinese: 60°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
Green Japanese: 60°-80° for 1 minute.
Yellow: 75°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
White: 75°-90° for 3-6 minutes.
Dark Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Balled (Jade) Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Sheng (Raw) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Shu (Ripened) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Herbal Infusion: 95°-98° for 3-5 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odours.
