Tea & Coffee Pricing
Due to the following reasons, our Tea (March 2022) & Coffee (February 2022) prices increased:

Global shipping and logistics prices have increased, nearly quadrupling over the last 18 months.

Climate change has caused crop shortages from heat waves and drought.

Demand has increased as the world opens up and COVID restrictions relax, supply is being stretched.

Brexit has slowed down the import process, incurring additional costs.

Tea & Coffee prices have continued to increase globally.
Our suppliers have held off increasing prices over the last few years with the hope of prices stabilising, however, this has not happened.
This is a challenging time for all business and consumers alike and as much as we would like to keep things the same, we were unable to continue operating in the current economic climate.
Therefore, we have decided to increase our prices accordingly rather than compromise on the quality of our tea & coffee that we provide. We refuse to lower the quality of our tea & coffee in order to maintain prices. Our business is built on quality and we are proud that so many customers share this value.
Now moving into a global recession, things are uncertain, but moving forward nonetheless, we endeavour to provide the best possible value and continue to offer the tea & coffee volume discounts detailed below.

Tea Volume Discounts
Tea volume discounts, where applicable, are shown in the product drop-down menus on our website. (The discount has already been applied to the price shown in the drop-down.)
For the majority of our teas the volume discount is:-
500g Packet (10% off the equivalent price of 25/50/100/125g packets)
Loose Coffee Volume Discounts
Loose coffee volume discounts, where applicable, are shown in the product drop-down menus on our website. (The discount has already been applied to the price shown in the drop-down.)
For the majority of our loose coffees the volume discount is:-
1000g Packet (10% off the equivalent price of 125g packets)
