Drinking this tea allows you to imagine sitting by a bonfire thanks to the roasted aroma and dry chestnut flavour. This Oolong is a semi-oxidised tea and it is the ideal accompaniment to a camping trip or a cold winter's night.
Mountain Pearls
Drinking this tea, it’s hard to believe it's not butter. This tea has an intense buttery creaminess with a bright floral character. This Oolong is rich in flavour and has a light liquor.
Iron Goddess of Mercy - Ti Kuan Yin
Drinking this tea is ideal for reflection and quiet moments. Famous for being a distinctively light and delicate tea along with a notable legend. This Oolong has orchid-like flavours from its tightly rolled leaves which fully unfurl when brewing to produce a lightly coloured liquor.

A rich and warming tea perfect for an autumn's day. This exceptional tea is full flavoured with a subtle smoky aroma. An ideal tea for people who love a strong brew.
Oriental Beauty
Drinking this light tea takes you to a fragrant garden on a summer's day with every sip. This delicate tea has a fruity and floral flavour with a sweet honey aroma. This tea has an amazing process where insects are allowed to bite the plant causing stress. This in turn releases its unique flavours that enhance the experience.
Wuyi Rock Oolong
A full-bodied tea with a velvety, juicy mouthfeel. This oolong has a roasted and woody character with notes of a clean ocean breeze and cashew nuts. One of the finest.
Use 2.5g-3g of tea per 250-300ml filtered water.
Black Small Leaf: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Black Large Leaf: 95°-98° for 4-5 minutes.
Green Chinese: 60°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
Green Japanese: 60°-80° for 1 minute.
Yellow: 75°-80° for 3-4 minutes.
White: 75°-90° for 3-6 minutes.
Dark Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Balled (Jade) Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
Sheng (Raw) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Shu (Ripened) Puerh: 95°-98° for 2-3 minutes.
Herbal Infusion: 95°-98° for 3-5 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odours.
