Please order items and gifts for Christmas early to beat the festive rush. Last orders for Christmas to be received by:
Friday 8th December for International order.
Saturday 16th December for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Monday 18th December for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Monday 18th December for DPD 2 Day.
All Subscription customers over the Christmas period will be sent early on Tuesday 19th December to see you through whilst the shop is closed.
Orders will continue to be received over the Christmas period, however, fulfilment will cease from Tuesday 19th December for two weeks until Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Please stock up if you think you may run out before then.

Fulfilment Priority of Orders
All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are placed, regardless of the postage option selected. Tracked 24, 48 or DPD timings only apply once the order is fulfilled and in the respective postal systems.
In times when there is a high quantity of orders, some may take up to 48-72 hours to fulfil before being processed into the respective postal systems. This goes for any time of the year so please bear this in mind when ordering.
Always order in advance before you run out to avoid disappointment or use our subscription service to ensure you have a ready supply available at all times.
Due to the nature of our products and how we operate, stock can sometimes run out very quickly before the system can be updated. If this is the case and we notice your item is out of stock once you have ordered something and it will take longer than 72 hours to fulfil, we will attempt to contact you to let you know. This is sometimes missed during busy periods or with stock deliveries imminent to arrive. If you have not heard from us and concerned about your order, please reach out and we are happy to give you an update. Some orders a part fulfilled when awaiting particular stock and the remainder will be shipped at the earliest opportunity once it arrives. This goes for subscription orders as well when a large number of orders are received and stock is low.

UK orders over £40 qualify for free shipping using the code FREE40. The code is required to enable the free shipping benefit.
All free shipping discounts will be sent Tracked 48.
If you select a more expensive option using a free shipping discount code, this will not be actioned and Tracked 48 will be used.
