This semi-oxidised tea is made from leaves bitten by tiny tea Jassid insects, triggering a natural chemical reaction that enhances its flavour. The brew yields a bright amber liquor with notes of ripe fruit, honey, and a hint of floral sweetness. Green Chinese: 60°-80° for 3-4 minutes.

Yellow: 75°-80° for 3-4 minutes.

White: 75°-90° for 3-6 minutes.

Dark Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.

Balled (Jade) Oolong: 85°-95° for 3 minutes.
